30 minute Lunchtime Killer

If you are pressed for time at the gym, try doing this baby. Ruth and I smashed it today and needless to say, there was not a dry brow in the house.
Set your timer for 30 mins then do:
- 20 x LKR Burpees (my new fave)
- 20 x Tyre Jumps
- 20 x Walking Press Up
- 20 x Kettlebell swing
- 20 x Jackknives
- 200 metre sprint on the treadmill
And repeat until your 30 mins is up! Try do as many sets as you can. Record the number and try it again next week to see if you can do more. Just leave a comment if you need me to clarify the exercises

Hi Katie, my boys are interested in following you and doing the exercises you have suggested but are not sure exactly what some of them are. Do you have a page on here which clarifies them. They are impressed – they cannot figure out how you can plank for 3 minutes.
Just let me know what the exercises are that they are stuck with and I can clarify
males aren’t as good as planks as us ladies, we need to have strong cores for having babies!
